| The Northern California Association of the
Deaf-Blind (NCADB) is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt organization ‘of,
by, and for’ the Deaf-Blind community. Our mission is to help Deaf-Blind
persons to achieve their maximum potential through increased independence,
productivity, and integration into the community. NCADB is a member
organization of the American Association of the Deaf-Blind (AADB).
